CHECK IN PROCESS

Horses may begin arriving at 5:00 PM on Wednesday. 

The Show Office will be open for Check in from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Wednesday, and beginning at 8:00 AM on Thursday. 

Stabling Information will be available on this website, and was emailed out prior to the start of the Horse Show. 

-A hard-copy of your horse's current Coggins must be ready and available at check-in at the Info Tent.  That Coggins copy used to check in your horse MUST be turned in to be on file at the show office for show records. DIGITAL COPIES will NOT be accepted at check-in.  A copy can be printed at the show for $5.00

-When checking in at the Info Tent, you will be asked to turn in your hard copy of the coggins as well as completing  a carbon copy stall card. The white copy of the emergency contact STALL CARD MUST be attached on your stall AT ALL TIMES, during the show. A permanent clip is provided on every stall. The phone number on the emergency card should be the responsible party of the animal while it is on the show grounds. You may add more than one number.  The more information at a stall the better, seconds count if there is an emergency. The  yellow  copy must be turned in to the show office

-Upon receipt of the coggins and stall card, youth will be given a show program and their exhibitor number at the info tent. 

NO PARKING ALONG THE BARNS

The roads along the barns are FIRE LANES and must remain clear in case of an emergency
