CHECK IN PROCESS

-Upon arriving at the Virginia Horse Center, all exhibitors and horses MUST check in with STABLE MANAGEMENT FIRST. They will be in a cargo trailer at the entrance with signage awaiting your arrival.

-A hard-copy of your horse's current Coggins must be ready and available at check-in. That Coggins copy used to check in your horse MUST be turned in to be on file at the show office for show records. DIGITAL COPIES will NOT be accepted at check-in. A copy may be printed at the show for $5.00

-Once a Coggins check has been completed you will receive a duplicate carbon copy emergency contact STALL card. The white copy of the emergency contact STALL card MUST be attached on your stall AT ALL TIMES, during the show. A permanent clip is provided on every stall. The phone number on the emergency card should be the responsible party of the animal while it is on the show grounds. You may add more than one number.

-To get your exhibitor number at the show office you MUST BRING:

1) Your horse's Coggins for the office to KEEP, signed off by stable management at check in.

2) The yellow carbon copy of the the emergency contact STALL card.

-Exhibitors will receive their show numbers and a show program if paid for in advance. A digital copy of the show program is available online **Limited amount of additional show programs will be available for sale at the show office for $20/ea**

APPROVED DESIGNATED EARLY ARRIVALS MAY COME BETWEEN 5-9PM ON WEDNESDAY

ALL OTHER HORSES MAY ARRIVE BEGINNING 9AM ON THURSDAY
