Junior and Senior Intermediate Hunter Horse Classes have been merged and each one divided into Two Splits
Please take note of the slightly adjusted Order of Go for each class

State Show 2022 Rulebook Updates – please read the attached below for details.
Primary Division entry fee is $200 per horse/competitor, and $20 cross division class entry fees. Entries will be submitted using the FairEntry system. Some classes may be capped.
Entry Deadline July 18 and scratch deadline August 22.
Please note that the VA Horse Center rates have changed significantly, and some rings that have typically been open in the past will be locked but the (tentative) schedule (attached) includes notes to schooling rings open. Stall rates have also increased. We continue to ask for your support using the Horse Show Hero program to help us fundraise for the show costs! More info on this will be forthcoming.
Horsemanship Skill dates are populating on the calendar. Please let your District Horse Councils know of your need.
District Qualifying Shows and Clinics are populating on the calendar. Plan for your show date today.
Those doing JUMPERS at the State Show need to pre-qualify for that class each year by attending a Jumper show. Use this form and plan your show date now. Form is due by July 18. Plan your show date today!
Those doing TRAIL at the State Show need to pre-qualify for that class by either having same horse/rider combo participate in Trail at State in the past or by completing a trail class this year. Use this form and plan your show date now. Form is due by July 18. Plan your show date today!
Freestyle Drill Team at the State Show – pull your team together today and inquire with your District Horse Council about the Qualifying process.
